Variegated Ginger plant

This upright ever green tropical perennial grows up to ten feet tall and three to 4 feet wide. In typical conditions, it reaches 4–8 feet tall in the green house, and 3–4 feet tall, as a house plant. It bears shell like-formed flowers.
Although some do bloom they are primarily planted for there foliage. They do very well in the shade as well as morning sun but you should keep them away from that hot afternoon sun. Once they are established they are reasonably drought tolerant with little insect or disease problems. If you are looking for something easy to grow indoors or outdoors this is an ideal choice.
